This website is operated by Enroll America. We are not performing any services on behalf of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or any specific health insurance exchange. This website and tools are operated by Enroll America to help you better understand your options under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), connect you with local help to answer any of your questions and help with your Health Insurance Marketplace application, and link you to the online Health Insurance Marketplace.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?
Active Collection: Personal information may be collected in a number of ways when you visit our Sites. We collect certain information you voluntarily provide to us, such as if you create an account or a profile, make a donation, send us an email or sign up to receive email or text message updates, fill out a form, connect through a social feed, sign up to be a volunteer or host an event, use a tool on a Site or request information.
